Dr. Jennifer Vargas

Dr. Jennifer Vargas was raised in South Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology. Dr. Vargas fulfilled her dream of becoming a dentist in New York City, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. In dental school, Dr. Vargas became passionate about pediatric dentistry. She completed her pediatric dentistry residency at BronxCare Health System, a hospital-based program. She loves working with children of all ages and creating positive experiences in the dental office to help kids maintain beautiful and healthy smiles.

Dr. Vargas is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She has affiliations with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and Memorial Hospital Miramar, where she provides pediatric dental treatment under general anesthesia in the hospital setting. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

In her free time, Dr. Vargas enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
